Please know that no matter what you are being told, neither beauty nor positive mental health are achieved by plastic surgery.

If your genes were not curated enough until you conceive and you don’t enjoy (unfortunately) a basket of inherited good-looks (based on the proper nutrition of your ancestors), you will simply need to work extra hard to aid your children to be born beautiful and successful in life.

Beauty (facial) is highly related to symmetry, this being the reason why babies give attention to highly symmetrical faces while ignoring individuals of asymmetrical features. This is also due to the fact that symmetry means FUNCTION. Asymmetrical features often require support, such as: braces or surgery. Symmetrical features are made to work and bind everything together perfectly without the need of external input.

This goes against ‘’we’re all beautiful in our own way’’ – but rather works hand in hand with Nature. Beauty principles have been scientifically established and related them to Phi and the Fibonacci Sequence; these characteristics are found across everything that lives and moves.

You CAN change your own symmetry and that of your future children if you nourish your body accordingly in time, because there is a direct link between HEALTH and BEAUTY (reason why I highly discourage any consumption of fat-free foods, alcohol and/or smoking to women in fertile age).

Nutrient deficiencies of fat-soluble vitamins (A,D,E,K) should be solved, mouth breathing and a bad posture to be corrected and key minerals (zinc, selenium, magnesium, calcium) to be added via nourishing foods together with Omega 3s and antioxidants (such as astaxanthin sourced from seaweed or salmon).

It is extremely important to consume whole fat-dense foods while in fertile age, postpartum and while pregnant. Give your children a chance to succeed.
